CostPer is operated by TW Growth LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States (“TW Growth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). TW Growth LLC is the data controller for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our web application and related services (“Services”).

By accessing or using CostPer, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve our Services. This includes:

• Account Information

  Name, email address, company name, and other details you provide during registration or account setup.

• Marketing Platform Data

  When you connect your advertising accounts (currently Meta and Google Ads), we collect the account identifiers, campaign, ad set, ad, and creative metadata, spend, and performance metrics that you authorize us to access. We also write changes back to those platforms when you instruct us to, for example when you publish or pause a campaign. Section 2 describes the data we receive from Meta in more detail.

• Usage Information

  Details of how you interact with our Services (e.g., log files, IP address, device type, browser type, access times).

• Cookies and Tracking Technologies

  We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, analyze usage, and for authentication.

2. Data We Receive From Meta

When you connect a Meta account, you grant CostPer permission to access data through Meta's APIs on your behalf. Depending on the permissions you approve, we receive:

• Your Meta user ID, name, and email address, used to identify the connection and show you which Meta account is linked.
• An access token, stored encrypted, used only to make the API requests described here.
• The ad accounts, Facebook Pages, and Business portfolios you choose to connect, and their campaign, ad set, ad, and creative metadata.
• Performance and spend metrics for those ad accounts.

We use this data only to provide the reporting, analysis, and ad management features you request. We do not sell it, use it to build profiles of people other than you, or use it for advertising to anyone. We do not transfer it to any third party except the service providers listed in Section 4, who process it on our behalf. Our use of data received from Meta complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

You can revoke our access at any time by disconnecting Meta in CostPer's settings or by removing CostPer from your Meta account's Business Integrations. Section 6 explains how to have the stored data deleted.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Services.
• Connect to, read from, and write to your marketing platforms as authorized by you.
• Generate reports, performance analysis, and recommendations for the advertising accounts you connect, including analysis produced with the help of AI models.
• Analyze usage and improve performance of our application.
• Communicate with you about updates, new features, or relevant changes.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

• With Service Providers:

  We use the following providers to operate the Services. Each processes data on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations, and only for the purpose described.

  • Vercel, Inc. — application hosting.

  • Supabase, Inc. — database hosting, including encrypted storage of access tokens and connected-account data.

  • Google LLC — data warehousing (Google Cloud Storage and BigQuery) and AI analysis (Gemini models).

  • Inngest, Inc. — background job processing for data synchronization and reports.

  • Clerk, Inc. — account authentication. Clerk receives your login details, not your marketing platform data.

• With Connected Platforms:

  Information is shared to and from connected marketing platforms as part of the core functionality you authorize.

• For Legal and Security Reasons:

  If required by law, or to protect our rights and users, we may disclose information to legal authorities.

• Business Transfers:

  In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

• We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption of stored access tokens, encrypted connections, and organization-scoped access controls. However, no electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your credentials confidential.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Marketing platform data, including data received from Meta, is retained while the platform account remains connected so that we can provide historical reporting.

You can delete data in the following ways:

• Disconnecting a Meta or Google Ads account in CostPer's settings revokes our access token for that account.
• To have all data we hold about a connected account or about you deleted, email twgrowthllc@gmail.com from the address on your CostPer account. We will delete the data from our systems and those of our service providers within 30 days and confirm by email.
• If you remove CostPer from your Meta account's Business Integrations, you can also request deletion through the same email address.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Object to or restrict certain data processing activities.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

8. International Data Transfers & Data Residency

We are located in the United States, and our service providers store and process data in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed there. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law, including contractual safeguards with our service providers. If you have specific data residency requirements, please contact us to discuss options.

9. Children’s Privacy

CostPer is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) Notice

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have specific rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and port your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) Notice
